Working principle
It is an efficient water purification equipment for skimming, sedimentation and mud scraping. The high speed dissolved air flotation has a cylindrical shape, a compact structure and a shallow pool. It consists of a pool body, a rotating water distribution mechanism, a dissolved air release mechanism, a rotating frame, a water collecting mechanism, a slag skimming mechanism, a dissolved gas system and a system control cabinet. The water inlet, outlet and mud discharge are all in the rotating area of the equipment. The water distribution mechanism, the water collection mechanism and the dissolved air release mechanism are closely connected with the frame and rotate around the center of the pool body. High speed dissolved air flotation can provide complete equipment assembly and control system, through the combination of centralized control and decentralized control, so that the equipment can reach the best operating condition. The air flotation separation technology is to instruct the air and water to dissolve the gas into the water to the maximum extent under a certain working pressure, and strive to achieve saturation, and then release the pressure formed by decompression to dissolve the gas and water, resulting in a large number of fine bubbles, which are mixed with the water in the water. Suspended flocs are fully contacted, so that the suspended flocs in the water adhere to the micro-bubbles, float to the water surface with the bubbles, form scum and scrape off the scum, thereby purifying the water.
