Superficial ion flotation system is constructed by Flotation tank body, Cloth Pelton section, Sludge hopper section, rotating frame section, water distributor section, skimming section, water regulatory section, water discharge section, drivers and skimming section, rotate collector electrical control box, walkway plates, rails, accessories and micro-oxidation dissolved air systems.
Waste water through the pump raise to the inlet pipe, while the dissolved gas and liquid water is pumped to a central inlet together with mixing, and then spared evenly into water distribution pipes to flotation tanks, skimming device is driven by mechanical parts and synchronized with the main section, during the rotation there is no dead zones, scum will be collected by the central mud pipe from the pool. Pool water will be discharged from the central collection tube, the collection tube is also synchronized, water pipes and water distribution pipes are separated, as a result will not interfering with each other. Bottom sediments are scraped into the mud scraper bucket, and clean out periodically.
