(1) Sewage flows to the sump through the trench to balance the water quality and quantity;
(2) The sewage lift pump is then lifted to the shallow air flotation tank;
(3) The shallow air flotation sewage enters the pipe mouth and adds PAC and PAM, which is fully mixed through the mixing pipe at the bottom of the air flotation tank, and then mixed with some positively charged micro-bubbles generated by the dissolved air system, so that the micro-bubbles can be mixed with flocs and waste water. The pollutants are adsorbed and bridged into the air flotation water distribution system;
(4) The waste water enters the air flotation tank through the water distribution system, and the wastewater entering the air flotation tank reaches zero speed in the water distribution area and the air flotation area through the air flotation water distribution system and the stepless speed regulating device;
⑸ The aggregated flocs and the pollutants adsorbed and bridged by the microbubbles are rapidly separated from solid and liquid under the action of buoyancy and zero velocity;
⑹ The scum pollutants that are separated and floated in the clean water area of the shallow air flotation tank are taken away by the screw skimmer, and flow to the sludge tank by gravity, and then flow to the scum tank under the action of gravity;
⑺The clean water separated in the lower layer flows to the clean water pool through the clean water extraction tank pipe under the rotary bucket;
⑻ The scum in the scum tank is pumped to the sludge dewatering system, the filtrate is discharged from the trench to the sump, and the dry sludge is transported to landfill or comprehensively treated
