(4) Improve the recycling rate of water In order to reduce the amount of waste water, we should first make a fuss about the source of waste water. For example, water recycling or multiple reuse can be considered to improve the water recycling rate and minimize external drainage. In foreign countries, the water recycling rate of some advanced enterprises has reached more than 96%, while the water recycling rate of Shanghai production enterprises is still at a low level of 20%, and there is still great potential. can be excavated. Improving the recycling rate of production water can not only reduce environmental pollution, but also reduce the amount of fresh water supplementation, which can alleviate the increasingly tense water resources problem to a certain extent. In wastewater treatment, the recycling of treated effluent should also be considered as much as possible.


(5) The pollutants in the recycling and comprehensive utilization of wastewater are all raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and reaction media (such as solvents) that enter the water during the production process, especially some chemical reactions in fine chemical production are often not very reliable. The separation process of the product cannot be completely complete, so the wastewater, especially the reaction mother liquor, often contains a certain amount of useful substances. Emission of these pollutants will pollute the environment and cause harm. However, if it is recycled or comprehensively utilized, it can turn waste into treasure and harm into profit; or treat waste with waste, learn from each other's strengths to make up for one's shortcomings, and comprehensively manage them, which can save the cost of water treatment.
