What Problems Should Be Paid Attention To When Using Buried Domestic Sewage Treatment Equipment?

What problems should be paid attention to when using buried domestic sewage treatment equipment?

Through recent return visits to customers, we found that although there are manuals, some people still do not know much about the buried domestic sewage treatment equipment, and they have ignored some places that should be paid attention to, and cannot make good use of the buried domestic sewage. The full performance of the treatment equipment, today I will discuss with you the buried domestic sewage treatment equipment, and I hope it can help you.

1. When the anaerobic reactor of the buried domestic sewage treatment equipment is running, it should be ensured that the biogas should be discharged in a timely and effective manner. The anaerobic digestion process must be accompanied by the production of biogas, which can agitate the sludge and promote the mixing and contact of the sewage and the sludge, which is its positive side. At the same time, the presence of biogas will also play a role similar to scum. When the biogas overflows upwards, part of the sludge will be brought to the liquid surface, resulting in the production of scum, the increase in the content of suspended solids in the effluent and the deterioration of the water quality. Therefore, it is necessary to set up gas baffles and gas collecting hoods to lead the biogas from the anaerobic digestion device, and leave enough sedimentation area near the effluent weir to ensure the quality of the effluent.

2. The temperature of general industrial wastewater is difficult to reach 35°C and needs to be heated. Therefore, in order to save the energy required for heating, on the one hand, attention should be paid to heat preservation, and the heat loss of the reactor should be prevented as much as possible. , weakening the effect of temperature on the anaerobic reaction.

3. When the concentration of suspended solids in the treated sewage is large (generally more than 1000 mg/L), appropriate pretreatment such as sedimentation, filtration, or flotation should be carried out on the sewage to reduce the suspended solids content of the influent and prevent fillers. Layer blockage.

4. When the concentration of the treated sewage is high (CODCr value is greater than 5000mg/L), the operation mode of backflow must be adopted. The backflow ratio is determined according to the specific situation. Effective backflow can not only reduce the concentration of influent water, but also increase the amount of influent water. , to ensure that the water flow in the treatment facility is evenly distributed and avoid short-flow phenomenon.

5. The sludge load should be appropriate. In order to maintain the balance of the three stages of the anaerobic digestion process, to balance the generation and consumption of intermediate products such as volatile fatty acids, and to prevent the pH value from decreasing due to acid accumulation, the organic load of the influent should not be too high, generally not 0.5kgCODcr/(kgMLSS·d ).
