What are the methods of using an air flotation machine to generate bubbles?

Firstly, introduce the electrolysis method. The electrolysis method uses 5V-10V direct current to enter the sewage, forming small bubbles in the sewage, which consumes a lot of electricity and is prone to scaling. Therefore, the electrolysis method is suitable for sewage treatment projects of small and medium-sized enterprises.
Secondly, the air flotation machine installs a small hole at the bottom of the flotation tank as a diffusion aerator, and compressed air floats out of the water in the form of small bubbles. During the floating process of bubbles, colloidal and particulate matter rise to the water surface and then separate.
Finally, the principle of an air flotation machine is that the degree of dissolution of water varies under different pressures. When gas dissolves in water, the water surface pressure drops to a normal pressure state. After the pressure drops, the air precipitates and forms small bubbles. Bubbles adhere to impurities in the flocculant, causing the overall density of the flocculant to be lower than the density of water, thereby separating the solid liquid.
In the operation of an air flotation machine, the suspended solids surface of wastewater will generate two states: hydrophobic state and hydrophilic state. Firstly, it is hydrophobic. Hydrophobic surfaces are prone to generating bubbles and require air flotation treatment. The air flotation method allows water to enter the gas and release bubbles under reduced pressure. The second situation is hydrophilicity, which needs to be treated with corresponding chemicals to become hydrophobic after treatment. Coagulants are usually used for water treatment, and their flocs can effectively intercept bubbles, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of air flotation machines. The strength and size of bubbles themselves are related to the tension released in the air. The smaller the bubble radius, the greater the pressure, and the greater the chance of air molecules inside the bubble colliding with the bubble film. If the bubble is small, its upward velocity will be faster and the interference will be smaller. If dissolved inorganic salts are added to water, the performance of the bubble membrane will decrease.
