Common troubleshooting methods for dissolved air flotation machines

1、 Low dissolved water volume:
Check whether the dissolved air releaser and dissolved air pump are blocked and whether the impeller of the dissolved air pump is normal.
2、 Undissolved water:
Check whether the valve is opened, whether the dissolved gas releaser is blocked, whether the compressor operates normally, and whether the air supply is insufficient.
3、 Long term use, shutdown after startup:
The reason for this fault is that the self-protection line has fallen off or the contact resistance of the self-protection line is too high. It is necessary to install the self-protection circuit and eliminate the contact resistance of the self-protection point.
4、 When starting up, the dissolved water is normal, but there is no dissolved water after half an hour:
It may be related to the automatic electrical part of the gas supply system. It is necessary to check whether the manual and automatic transfer switches are in place, and whether the automatic control circuit is detached.
