1. Efficient dosing and coagulation module
The dissolved air flotation machine first lifts the sewage to the flotation reaction tank through the contact oxidation tank. The uniquely designed pipeline mixer ensures the perfect fusion of the medicine and sewage, thereby efficiently achieving the coagulation effect of the sewage. The liquid preparation equipment accurately controls the drug delivery to ensure the maximum treatment effect.
2. Countercurrent water-soluble gas release module
The release of countercurrent water-soluble gas is the key to the effect of the dissolved air flotation machine. We use environmentally friendly gas dissolution and release equipment to evenly mix and dissolve the gas compressed by the air compressor and the circulating water pressurized by the pump in the dissolved air tank to form effective dissolved air water. The pressure of the dissolved air tank is accurately controlled at 2~3kg/cm² to ensure the effect of gas release.
3. Flotation purification module
After the sewage after dosing and coagulation enters the flotation tank, the dissolved air water in the dissolved air tank is instantly depressurized through the safety pressure relief valve of the dissolved air flotation machine under the water inlet pipe, releasing a large number of microbubbles. These microbubbles combine with the suspended solids that have been condensed in the sewage during the rising process and quickly float to the water surface. Subsequently, the scraper on the upper part of the air flotation scrapes off the floating suspended solids and discharges them into the sludge pool, while the treated clean water is discharged from the pool.
4. Intelligent electrical control module
Our dissolved air flotation machine is equipped with an advanced electrical control box, which can be operated unmanned after careful adjustment and installation. The motor control cabinet accurately controls the operation of the dissolved air pump, fuel injection pump and air compressor to ensure the efficiency and stability of the entire treatment process.
