Product Description
Pressurized Dissolved Air Flotation is an open high-efficiency wastewater treatment system that purifies wastewater by removing suspended matter such as oil or solids.
Removal is achieved by dissolving air into the wastewater under pressure and releasing the air to atmospheric pressure in the flotation cells.

Pressurized Dissolved Air Flotation is an efficient water purification flotation method, the diameter of tiny bubbles is 5-20μm, and its performance is much better than that of CAF cavitation air flotation.

Standard DAF system capacity is 5-500m3/h, suitable for 80% of applications. We also provide customization for special applications requiring greater processing power.
2. Different DAF tank materials are available
The material of the standard air flotation tank is Q235B lined with epoxy carbon steel, which has excellent anti-corrosion performance and long service life.
Stainless steel SS304 optional for corrosive wastewater treatment.
3. Optional sludge hopper
Optional internal sludge hopper for easy removal of sediment.
4. Optional PLC automatic control
The standard DAF system control method is on-site manual control, and PLC automatic control can also be selected.
