1. Regularly check the packing and lubrication system of the air compressor and water pump of the air flotation equipment, and refuel frequently.
2. Always observe the surface of the air flotation pool. If you find that the scum surface in the contact area is uneven, large bubbles appear locally or the water flow is unstable, you should remove the releaser to remove the blockage; if the scum surface in the separation area is uneven, there are often large bubbles on the pool surface. If the bubbles burst, it means that the adhesion between the bubbles and the flocs is not good. You should check and adjust the coagulation system or take appropriate measures (such as adding surfactants, etc.); the unqualified effluent returns to the sump, and the qualified effluent enters the subsequent treatment system.
3. According to the flocculation of the reaction tank, the scum in the air flotation area and the water quality of the effluent, pay attention to adjusting the parameters such as the dosage of the coagulant, especially to prevent the blockage of the dosing pipe.
4. Frequently check the water level indicator tube of the dissolved air tank to keep it within a certain range (generally within 60-100 cm). To ensure the effect of dissolved air. Avoid the water level of the dissolved air tank being empty, causing a large amount of air to enter the air flotation tank and destroying the water purification effect and scum layer. For those equipped with an automatic liquid level control device for the dissolved gas tank, attention should be paid to the maintenance of the equipment.
5. Make a good record of the daily operation of the air flotation equipment, including the amount of treated water, dosage, dissolved air water volume, dissolved air tank pressure, water temperature, power consumption, influent and effluent water quality, slag discharge cycle, sludge moisture content, etc.
6. In the period when the water temperature is too low in winter, due to the poor flocculation effect, in addition to the usual need to increase the dosage, sometimes it is necessary to increase the amount of dissolved air water or dissolved air pressure accordingly, so that more micro-bubbles can adhere to the flocs to compensate for the increase in water flow viscosity. The increase will affect the floating performance of air flocs, so as to ensure the normal quality of effluent water.
