1. Fully understand the water quality of the water to be treated in advance, and combine the rationality and applicability of the air flotation process used;
2. Determine the specific reaction time according to the selected coagulant type, dosage, flocculation time and reaction degree during the test;
3. When selecting air flotation equipment, it must be ensured that under the existing conditions, the necessary air flotation small-scale test should be carried out on the wastewater to be treated first;
4. Select the appropriate pool type according to the actual situation. That is to say, when choosing a dissolved air flotation machine, the appropriate air flotation tank should be selected in combination with the actual processing requirements and process conditions;
5. Ensure that the selected contact chamber can provide good contact conditions for air bubbles and flocs, and the width should consider the requirements of installation and maintenance;
6. Select the difficulty level of the air flotation separation chamber according to the actual processing requirements;
7. Ensure that the effective water depth of the air flotation tank of the air flotation equipment meets the requirements;
8. The aspect ratio of the air flotation tank should also meet the requirements of use.
