Radial flow operation principle of dissolved air flotation machine

There are many dissolved air flotation machines in the treatment of wastewater and sewage. Now many different types of air flotation machines operate differently because of different principles. Of course, for users, the more they understand the working principle of this device, the more handy it will be to use later. The radial flow operation principle of the dissolved air flotation machine is as follows:

1. Advection principle, which is a relatively normal principle. Through the separation of solid to liquid, and then liquid to liquid, all released bubbles can be generated. Generally speaking, all particles are generated in water. If the particles on the surface are less than the density of the water, then the buoyancy must be rising, and then the normal operation of the air flotation machine can be completed by using such buoyancy. This principle is generally used in paper mills and other related machinery industries. It is also used in the automotive industry related to machinery, and now there will be a lot of waste water in the paint industry. These are all places where wastewater may be generated.

2. Radial flow principle. In fact, the dissolved air flotation machine is to seal the air into the relevant dissolved air tank, and then forcibly release it into the water, so that a huge pressure can be generated to release all the micro-bubbles in the air. Of course, this slowly rising air The suspended matter will slowly drop, and then the process will achieve the purpose of separating the exhaust gas. There are more petroleum and chemical industries, which are generally heavy industries, and leather printing and dyeing industries are also used more. Mainly used for waste gas treatment in suspended matter. Of course, choosing a suitable air flotation machine under different principles will make the effect more obvious.
