Shallow Air Flotation System integrates aggregation, air flotation, skimming, sedimentation and mud scraping. The overall shape is cylindrical, the structure is compact, and the pool is shallow. The main body of the Shallow Air Flotation System consists of five parts: the pool body, the rotating water distribution mechanism, the melt release mechanism, the frame mechanism, and the water collecting mechanism. The water inlet, water outlet and slag discharge outlet are concentrated in the central area of the pool. The water distribution mechanism, the water collection mechanism and the dissolved air release mechanism are all closely connected with the frame and rotate around the center of the pool. Shallow Air Flotation System provides a complete set of equipment assembly and control system, through the combination of centralized control and decentralized control, to achieve the best operating state of the equipment.
Working principle
Air flotation separation technology refers to dissolving air and water into water to the maximum extent under certain pressure conditions, and strive to be in a saturated state, and then release the formed pressure-dissolved gas and water through decompression, producing a large amount of fine particles. The bubbles are fully contacted with the suspended flocs in the water, so that the suspended flocs in the water adhere to the micro-bubbles, float to the water surface with the bubbles, form scum and scrape off the scum, thereby purifying the water quality. According to the principle of "speed", after careful design, it integrates group aggregation, air flotation, slag skimming, sedimentation and mud scraping. It is an efficient water purification treatment equipment.
Process flow
Raw water flows in from the central pipe at the bottom of the pool through flocculation mixing. The scum on the water surface is collected by a skimmer and then discharged into a central sludge pond. Equipped with a matching sludge device. The sludge sinking to the bottom of the tank is driven by the scraper. It is collected and discharged into the sludge discharge tank, and the clean water is collected and discharged by the central water collecting mechanism. The flocculation raw water refers to the raw water formed by adding flocculant PAC or PAM (PAC is 400-1000mg/I, PAM is about 1/5 of PAC), and it is effectively flocculated for 10-15 minutes. The specific dosage, flocculation time and flocculation effect need to be determined through experiments.
