What issues should be paid attention to during the commissioning of dissolved air flotation equipment?

1. Safety guarantee: Ensure the safety of the commissioning personnel, wear necessary protective equipment, and keep a safe distance when the equipment is running.
2. Gradual start: According to the startup sequence of the equipment, gradually open each component to avoid excessive current shock or system failure caused by simultaneous startup.
3. Pressure regulation: In the dissolved air system, slowly adjust the pressure, observe the dissolved air effect and pressure changes, and avoid excessive or low pressure.
4. Bubble observation: Closely observe the amount, size and uniformity of bubbles. The bubbles should be small and uniform to ensure a good flotation effect.
5. Liquid level control: Accurately set and adjust the liquid level of the flotation tank to ensure that the wastewater is treated at the appropriate liquid level.
6. Chemical addition: According to the water quality and treatment requirements, gradually adjust the amount of chemical addition, and observe the formation and floating of flocs.
7. Scraping frequency: Debug the operating frequency of the scraper to ensure timely and effective removal of scum, while avoiding excessive scraping.
8. Outlet water testing: Regularly test the water quality indicators of the outlet water, such as suspended solids concentration, COD, etc., to evaluate the debugging effect.
9. Noise and vibration: Pay attention to the noise and vibration of the equipment during operation. Abnormal noise and strong vibration may indicate equipment failure.
10. Data recording: Record various parameters and data during the debugging process in detail, including pressure, flow, liquid level, dosage of reagents, water quality indicators, etc., to provide a basis for subsequent optimization and troubleshooting.
11. Emergency measures: Develop emergency plans and have corresponding treatment measures for possible emergencies, such as pipeline ruptures and equipment failures.
12. Communicate with manufacturers: If you encounter difficult problems during the debugging process, communicate with the technical staff of the equipment manufacturer in a timely manner to seek professional support.
