How to adjust the pressure when debugging the dissolved air flotation equipment?

1. Check the equipment: Before debugging, check the various components of the dissolved air flotation equipment to ensure that they are installed correctly and there is no leakage. At the same time, check the lubricating oil of the dissolved air tank, air compressor, water pump and other equipment to ensure their normal operation.
2. Start the water pump: inject clean water into the flotation tank, start the dissolved air water pump, and gradually open the outlet water pipe valve to fill the dissolved air tank with water.
3. Adjust the pressure of the dissolved air tank: When the water level in the dissolved air tank rises to a certain height, close the water outlet valve of the dissolved air tank, start the air compressor, inject air into the dissolved air tank, and increase the pressure in the dissolved air tank. Observe the pressure gauge on the dissolved air tank, and stop the air compressor when the pressure reaches the set value.
4. Flush the dissolved air pipeline: Open the water outlet valve of the dissolved air tank, flush the dissolved air pipeline with high-pressure water, and repeat it several times to remove impurities and sediments in the pipeline.
5. Adjust the air supply of the air compressor: Start the air compressor and adjust the air supply of the air compressor to keep the pressure in the dissolved air tank within the set value range. At the same time, observe the gas release of the dissolved air water to ensure that the dissolved air effect is good.
6. Fine-tune the pressure: According to the actual operation, fine-tune the pressure of the dissolved air tank to achieve the best dissolved air effect. Generally speaking, the pressure of the dissolved air tank should be adjusted according to factors such as water quality and processing volume.
7. Stable operation: During the debugging process, closely observe the operation of the dissolved air flotation equipment, including the dissolved air effect, the water level of the flotation tank, the water quality of the effluent, etc. If there is any abnormality, the pressure should be adjusted in time or other measures should be taken to deal with it.
