2. In winter, the moving parts of the air float become stiff, the lubrication effect of lubricating oil and hydraulic oil decreases, the movement of mechanical parts is blocked, and friction increases. The operating efficiency of the shallow air flotation machine will decrease and the wear of components will increase. In winter, low-viscosity lubricating oil or hydraulic oil is generally used to minimize clogging problems.
3. The microbial content in the water is low in winter, and the bubbles are relatively reduced after the air flotation operation. It is necessary to increase the air flotation operation time to make up for the shortcomings.
