Shallow air flotation debugging process

1. At the initial stage of biofilm cultivation, water is taken through a small load, so that the surface of the filler layer is gradually covered with membrane-like sludge.

2. During the trial operation, various indicators of the biological contact oxidation tank should be strictly controlled, such as DO, temperature, pH, microbial growth status and types, etc.

3. Strictly control the thickness of the biofilm to ensure the smooth removal of the biofilm.

4. It is to control the sludge load within the range of 0.2~0.3kgBOD5/kgMLSS.

5. The effluent quality of shallow air flotation dosing treatment needs to meet the standards to ensure the stability of air flotation dosing and facilitate subsequent biochemical treatment. It is generally recommended to add polyiron during processing. Fe3+ is a trace element for microbial growth.

6. Before the shallow air flotation operation, all equipment, pipelines and underwater equipment must be inspected, and all sundries need to be thoroughly cleaned to avoid maintenance of pipelines, equipment and underwater equipment after underwater connection.

In the early stage of cultivation, a large amount of white foam will be produced in the aeration tank, and even accumulate on the entire channel of the biochemical tank. If so, don't worry, it's normal, as long as the dissolved oxygen is under control and proper defoaming measures are taken.

In the late stage of operation, shallow air flotation found that the effluent of the secondary sedimentation tank was flocculent biofilm, and the sludge at the bottom of the sedimentation tank was easy to overturn. Therefore, the sludge at the bottom of the sedimentation tank should be discharged as soon as possible. Reduce the residence time of sludge in the secondary settling tank.
