Main features of air flotation machine:
1. High efficiency, saving land resources, and heavy workload;
2. The structure of the equipment is simple and not complicated, the production process is simple, and it is easy to maintain and repair;
3. In the process of use, it can effectively eliminate the unfavorable phenomenon of sludge bulking that affects production;
4. The air flotation process is realized by aeration into the water. The aeration process increases the dissolved oxygen in the water to be treated to a greater extent, which provides favorable conditions and foundation for the subsequent operation of sewage treatment, and at the same time facilitates the removal of Surfactant and odor.
The working environment of the air flotation machine is highly corrosive, and it can run continuously all year round, which leads to a large vibration of the air flotation machine, and the bearings, impellers, shafts and other parts have to be checked and replaced frequently.
The main reason for the vibration of the air flotation machine is the bearing problem:
1. During the service life of the bearing, the lubricating oil is not wet enough, which causes the bearing to not wet when it is working under long-term load, resulting in damage to the bearing.
2. Due to the limitations of the production process, the processed roller bearing cannot accurately locate the center point, so everything cannot work normally due to axial force, resulting in loud noise and wear of the bearing.
Under long-term immersion in water, the grease will continue to slip into the water during its work. After the air flotation machine has been running for a period of time, the bearings are in a dry grinding state, which leads to bearing wear and increased vibration of the air flotation machine. Solve this problem The key to the problem is to stop the calcium-based grease from slipping into the water. Therefore need to carry out technological improvement to shaft, bearing place. That is, a stainless steel grease sealing cover is added to the connection part between the rear end of the bearing and the shaft, so as to avoid grease leakage and dry grinding of the bearing to avoid bearing wear.
