Notes on the installation of dissolved air flotation:
(1) The electrical box of the dissolved air flotation machine should be placed on the side of the escalator, and the environment should be clean.
(2) Before installing the dissolved air flotation machine, the foundation must be solidified. The concrete mortar block is 100-150mm high. It can also be installed overhead, but the foundation must be able to bear the weight of the equipment when it is running.
(3) The clean water outlet can be connected to the sewer outlet, and if it needs to enter the next step of treatment process, it can be directly connected to the next step of treatment equipment.
(4) After the equipment is in place, the liquid level needs to be adjusted.
(5) The connection pipe between the sewage inlet and the reaction tank should be as short as possible to avoid damage to the flocs in the pipe.
(6) The sludge outlet can be connected to the sludge tank or sludge treatment equipment.
(7) The dissolved air flotation machine needs to be equipped with a sewer pipe for cleaning. An open channel can be dug, or it can be directly connected to the regulating tank through a pipeline, so that the water for flushing the air flotation tank can be discharged.
Preparations before installation of dissolved air flotation:
1. After communicating with the air flotation machine manufacturer about the size of the equipment, carefully plan the installation location, and make it easy to enter and exit the water. Furthermore, mechanical assistance such as cranes and forklifts are generally needed during installation, which should be convenient.
2. The foundation must be prepared and the foundation must be solidified. And use concrete mortar pad height 100-150mm. It can also be installed overhead, but the foundation must be able to bear the weight of the equipment during operation. Do not pile up sundries around, and adjust the level after the equipment is in place.
3. Try to avoid a humid environment. Generally, it is recommended to install the equipment indoors. If it is outdoors, it is recommended to build a rainproof shed.
