Matters needing attention before installation and commissioning of dissolved air flotation machine

Dissolved air flotation machine installation:
1. Before the equipment is installed, be sure to tamp the foundation. And use concrete cement mortar pad height 100-150mm. It can also be installed overhead, but the premise must be able to bear the weight of the product when it is running.
2. The level needs to be adjusted after the product is in place.
3. The product needs to be built with a drainage pool for cleaning. Open channels can be dug, or drainage pipes can be directly used to lead to the regulating pool, so that the water for flushing the air flotation pool can be discharged.
4. The drainage pipe connecting the sewage inlet and the reaction tank should be as short as possible to avoid the floc being destroyed in the drainage pipe.
5. The clean water outlet can be connected to the drainage pool for discharge. If it needs to enter the next treatment process, it can be directly connected to the next treatment equipment.
6. The sludge outlet can be connected to the sludge tank or sludge treatment products.
7. The electrical equipment box should usually be placed on the side of the escalator, and the working environment should be neat and clean.
2. Before debugging the dissolved air flotation machine, the following preparations should be done:
1. Clean all the stolen goods and sundries in the pool.
2. Carry out refueling and maintenance for centrifugal water pumps and air compressors and other maintenance parts.
3. Connect the power switch, start the centrifugal water pump, and check whether the steering can be consistent with the direction marked by the arrow. Use manual control to start the air compressor, check whether the air compressor is running normally, and find out the cause in time if any error occurs.
4. Press and hold the power switch of the foam scraper to make it run to the end of the dissolved air operating system. After the operation stops, under the action of the stroke bumper, the foam scraper runs in the opposite direction until it reaches the sludge tank. The stroke bumper turns the scraper up, and presses the stop switch button to stop scraping.
