1. The smaller the bubble radius, the greater the additional pressure inside the bubble, and the more likely the air molecules in the bubble will collide with the bubble film, and the more violent it will be. Therefore, to obtain stable microbubbles, the strength of the bubble film must be ensured.
2. The bubbles are small, the floating speed is fast, the disturbance to the water body is small, and the floc will not be crushed. And it can increase the probability of collision between bubbles and floc. But it is not that the finer the bubbles, the better. Too fine bubbles will affect the floating speed, thus affecting the size of the flotation tank and the project cost. In addition, adding a certain amount of surfactant can effectively reduce the surface tension coefficient of water, strengthen the bubble film fastness, and make it smaller.
3. Adding highly soluble inorganic salts to water can weaken the bubble film's fastness, making the bubbles prone to bursting or enlarging.
Before we use the high-efficiency shallow air flotation machine, we need to debug it. During the debugging process, we should make the following preparations:
1. Clean all dirt and debris in the high-efficiency shallow air flotation machine pool.
2. In order to better use this equipment, parts that need lubrication such as water pumps and air compressors should be lubricated.
3. Turn on the power, start the water pump, and check whether the steering direction is consistent with the direction marked by the arrow. Use manual control to start the air compressor and check whether the air compressor is operating normally. If any abnormality is found, the cause should be found out in time.
4. Press the switch of the foam scraper to make it move toward one end of the dissolved air system. After running to the end, under the action of the stroke bumper, the foam scraper moves in reverse direction until it reaches the sludge tank. The stroke bumper flips up the scraper. Press the stop button to stop scraping.
Shallow air flotation precautions and daily maintenance
1. The reading of the pressure gauge on the dissolved gas tank shall not exceed 0.6MPa.
2. The clean water pump, air compressor, and foam scraper must be refueled and lubricated regularly. Generally, air compressors are refueled once every two months and the oil is changed every six months.
3. The flotation tank should be cleaned regularly depending on the amount of sediment.
4. The sewage entering the air flotation machine must be dosed with medicine, otherwise the effect will not be ideal.
5. Regularly check whether the safety valve on the dissolved gas tank works reliably.
6. When the releaser is blocked, you can open the vacuum valve, open the releaser tongue, use clean water to clean it by itself, rinse the blockage, and then close the valve. The valve generally only needs to be opened for 10-20 seconds.
