Working principle
Air flotation separation technology means that air and water are dissolved in water under a certain working pressure, and air is dissolved in a saturated state. It is in full contact with the suspended flocs in the water, so that the suspended flocs in the water adhere to the micro-bubbles, float to the water surface with the bubbles, form scum and scrape off, thereby purifying the water.
Air flotation mainly plays the role of solid-liquid separation (while reducing COD, BOD, chromaticity, etc.). The flocculant PAC or PAM is added to the raw water, and after an effective flocculation reaction (the time, the amount of the flocculant and the flocculation effect must be determined by the experiment), the raw water enters the combined air flotation contact area.
