DAF system water treatment is an efficient water purification flotation method. The term refers to the method of creating flotation by dissolving air in water under pressure and then releasing the pressure. When the pressure is released, the solution becomes air-filled, forming millions of tiny air bubbles. These bubbles attach to any particles in the water, causing them to become less dense than water. The particles then quickly float to the surface to be collected and removed, leaving behind clear water.

Feature

The main body of DAF system water treatment equipment is a rectangular steel structure. The main components are composed of dissolved air pump, air compressor, dissolved air tank, square box, air flotation system, scraper system, etc.

1. The air-dissolving tank produces tiny bubbles with a particle size of 20-40um, and the attached flocs are firm, which can achieve a good air flotation effect;

2. The amount of flocculant is less and the cost is reduced;

3. The operating procedures are easy to grasp, the water quality and quantity are easy to control, and the management is simple.

4. The backwashing system is adopted, and the release device is not easy to be blocked.
