What are the common faults in the application of flotation machines?

1. When the water injection of the equipment stops for too long, the water temperature in the inclined tube sedimentation area drops, and the temperature difference with the inlet water is too large, it is easy to form a stratospheric phenomenon caused by the water temperature difference, making it difficult for the floccules to sink, affecting the water quality of the outlet water. Therefore, the number of shutdowns and downtime should be minimized. If the above situation occurs, the water in the equipment can be discharged through the mud discharge valve as much as possible, causing the stratospheric phenomenon to disappear quickly;
2. The floating surface in the contact area is uneven, with large bubbles or unstable water flow in some places, and the lowering device is removed to eliminate the blockage; the surface of the scum in the separation area is uneven, and large bubbles often break on the surface of the pool, indicating that the bubbles and flocculants are poorly adhered, and the coagulation system should be adjusted. Unqualified water returns to the water collection well, and qualified water enters the subsequent treatment process;
3. Control the water outlet regulating pipe of the flotation machine to stabilize the flotation water level 5-10cm below the scraper tank. After the water level stabilizes, use the flow meter and water meter to measure the water output until the designed flow rate is reached;
4. Check the floating of the air flocculant particles in the flotation tank and the thickness of the scum through the pool surface. When the accumulation reaches 5-8cm, start the scraper to scrape the scum. Check whether the slag can be scraped and discharged, whether the slag overflow is uniform, whether the slag flow is difficult, whether the scraping speed is appropriate, and whether the water quality of the outlet is affected.
5. If there are many large bubbles or milky white bubbles when the flotation machine is running, check the water level of the dissolution tank to see if the water level is normal. If the water level is normal, it is likely that the cashmere gas releaser is blocked. At this time, the problem can be solved by draining the water, disassembling the releaser, cleaning and reinstalling it.
