(1) It is prohibited to add medicine while dispensing (the concentration cannot be guaranteed); idling without medicine is prohibited.
(2) When preparing PAM, it is strictly forbidden to pour the required medicine directly into the medicine dissolving box to prevent the medicine from clumping and affecting the effectiveness of the medicine. At the same time, the medicine is wasted and the processing cost is increased.
(3) Control the relative ratio of the dosed chemicals to the amount of water to keep the concentration of the chemicals relatively stable and reduce the impact on the treatment system;
(4) Prepare chemicals in time to ensure normal operation of the reaction pool;
(5) Strengthen the daily maintenance and management of dosing equipment to avoid running, emitting, dripping and leaking.
(6) The dosing system must be cleaned regularly to remove debris.
