Precautions for air flotation machine operation

1. Before starting, first check whether the electrical appliances and rotating parts of the flotation machine are normal.
2. Do not touch electrical equipment with wet hands. If inspection is required, the power supply of the air flotation machine must be cut off before proceeding.
3. It is necessary to regularly maintain the cleanliness of the release device and strictly control the dosage of coagulant. If the treatment effect is found to be poor, the release device should be immediately checked for blockage and the dosage of coagulant.
4. The water pump in the air flotation machine should not be run empty due to water interruption as much as possible to prevent damage.
5. When using strong acids or alkalis, protective equipment such as work clothes, shoes and hats, masks, gloves, glasses, etc. should be worn and should not be directly touched by hands.
6. Always pay attention to the working pressure (3-4Kgf/cm2), dissolved water flow rate, and wastewater flow rate inside the dissolved air tank of the air flotation machine.

Requirements for setting up air flotation machines:
1. The water collection should ensure a balance of inlet and outlet water to maintain the normal water level of the flotation tank. Generally, the water collection pipe is connected to the outlet well, and small and medium-sized ones are installed at the upper part of the outlet well.
2. The plane size of the air flotation machine should meet the requirements for arranging dissolved air release devices.
3. It adopts a rectangular reinforced concrete structure, often built in conjunction with a reaction tank, with a lightweight cover plate on the top and a slag scraper inside.
4. To achieve sufficient tool effectiveness, it is generally necessary to add flocculants, and sometimes even coagulant aids.
5. To prevent the breaking of flocs, the water flow connection should be stable, so the air flotation machine and reaction tank can be built together.
