1. The pressure gauge reading on the dissolved air tank cannot exceed 0.6MPa.
2. Pipeline centrifugal pumps, air compressors, and scraper confidential documents should be lubricated regularly. Generally, air compressors should be oiled once every two months and replaced once every six months.
3. The flotation tank should be cleaned regularly depending on the amount of impurities.
4. The wastewater entering the flotation equipment must be treated with medicine, otherwise the effect will be poor.
5. Regularly check whether the valve on the dissolved air tank is working reliably.
6. When the safety relief valve is blocked, the vacuum valve can be opened to open the safety relief valve tongue, and it can be cleaned automatically with warm water to clean the blockage, and then the valve is closed. The gate valve generally only needs to be opened for 10-20 seconds.
