Install correctly:
1. Before installing the dissolved air flotation machine, the foundation must be rammed. And use concrete mortar pad height 100-150mm. It can also be installed overhead, but the foundation must be able to bear the weight of the equipment when it is running.
2. After the dissolved air flotation machine is in place, the level needs to be adjusted.
3. The dissolved air flotation machine needs to be equipped with a sewer for cleaning, which can be dug an open channel, or can be directly connected to the adjustment tank by a pipeline, so that the water flushed from the air flotation tank can be discharged.
4. The connecting pipeline between the sewage inlet and the reaction tank should be as short as possible, so as to avoid the flocs from being damaged in the pipeline.
5. The clean water outlet can be connected to the sewer for discharge. If it needs to enter the next treatment process, it can be directly connected to the next treatment equipment.
6. The sludge outlet can be connected to sludge tank or sludge treatment equipment.
7. The electrical box should generally be placed on the side of the escalator, and the environment should be clean and clean.
Running rules:
1. Add water to the air flotation tank to make the water level of the air flotation machine reach the screw propeller, and the water level of the air flotation tank can be controlled by the water outlet adjustment plate.
2. Close all control valves, turn the electrical knob switch to the automatic position, start the water pump, and the air compressor should also enter the automatic working state, then open the water inlet valve and outlet valve of the clean water pump, and the pressure of the pressure gauge gradually rises to 4 kg.
Open the water control valve of the air flotation dissolved air tank, let the dissolved air mixed water pass through the releaser, and release the flocculation and mixing section of the air flotation tank. A large number of fine air bubbles appear in the air flotation tank, making the water turn milky white, and the gas in the dissolved air system is released by Air compressor provided. As the dissolved air water continuously takes away the air in the tank, the air in the tank gradually decreases and the water level rises. When the water level rises to a certain position, the float level gauge will control the air compressor to work so that there is enough air in the cylinder.
3. After the dissolved air system operates normally, the sewage after the dosing reaction is sent to the air flotation mixing tank. The amount is small at first, and then gradually increases after normal operation.
4. Dissolved gas water first uses tap water as reflux water, and then uses treated clean water as reflux water. If there are too many impurities in the return water, the air flotation effect can be heard, and water can be used all the time.
5. The air-floating trolley-type slag scraper should be turned on for a long time to avoid too much suspended matter affecting the water discharge effect.
6. When the air flotation stops, the sewage control valve should be closed, then the sewage pump should be closed, the scum should be scraped off, then the clean water valve should be opened, and tap water should be opened to run for 30 minutes.
