Matters needing attention when installing a dissolved air flotation machine

1. The electrical box configuration of the dissolved air flotation machine should be placed on the side of the escalator, so that it is more convenient to use and can keep the environment clean;
2. Before installing the equipment, it is necessary to do a good job in civil engineering and other foundations. If the foundation is not firm, it is likely to collapse during use, which is very dangerous. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in the foundation work. It is recommended to use concrete mortar pads 100- 200mm high, it can also be installed overhead, but the basic part can bear the weight during operation;
3. The outlet of clean water can be connected to the outlet of the sewer. If it needs to enter the next treatment process, it can be directly connected to the next treatment equipment;
4. After the installation of the dissolved air flotation machine is completed, the liquid level needs to be adjusted immediately so that the sewage can be discharged normally. It is recommended that the connecting pipe between the sewage and the reaction tank be shortened to avoid damaging the flocs inside.
