How to improve the treatment effect of shallow flotation?

1. Optimize the dissolved air system
Adjust the dissolved air pressure to the appropriate range to obtain the ideal dissolved air water saturation and the number of microbubbles.
Reasonably control the dissolved air water reflux ratio to ensure sufficient dissolved air water volume and dissolved air effect.
Regularly check and maintain the dissolved air releaser to ensure its normal operation and release uniform and fine microbubbles.
2. Improve influent pretreatment
Use appropriate pretreatment processes, such as grids, grit chambers, etc., to remove larger impurities and suspended matter and reduce the load of flotation.
Optimize the selection and addition of coagulants and coagulants, determine the best type, dosage and addition point through experiments, improve the coagulation effect of pollutants, and enhance their ability to combine with microbubbles.
3. Reasonably design the flotation tank
Ensure that the parameters such as the effective water depth, residence time and surface load of the flotation tank meet the treatment requirements, and can be accurately calculated and adjusted according to the actual influent water quality and treatment scale.
4. Improve the scraping system
Select efficient scraping equipment to ensure timely and thorough removal of scum, and avoid accumulation of scum in the flotation tank to affect the treatment effect.
Reasonably set the scraping frequency and stroke to adapt to different operating conditions.
5. Control operating conditions
Stabilize the operating water level of the flotation tank to avoid excessive water level fluctuations that affect the treatment effect.
Control the water flow rate so that it is within an appropriate range to promote full contact and separation between pollutants and microbubbles.
6. Regular maintenance and cleaning
Regularly inspect, maintain and clean the flotation equipment to prevent equipment blockage, wear or failure to ensure its normal operation.
7. Monitoring and adjustment
Strengthen the monitoring of influent water quality and treated effluent water quality, and adjust the operating parameters and reagent dosage in time according to the monitoring data to adapt to water quality changes.
8. Optimize temperature conditions
When possible, adjust the temperature of the influent to keep it in an appropriate temperature range to improve the physical and chemical properties of the water and the treatment effect.
