How does the flotation machine treat this sewage to make the environment better?

First, daily maintenance:

1. Check whether the inlet sewage pump and return pump of the dissolved air flotation machine are frozen every day at work, including lubrication and refueling of the water pump, tightness of the packing, sealing ratio of the bottom valve and refueling of the air compressor, etc.

2. Check whether the air filter valve is frozen, and determine whether the air compressor is operating normally and whether there is noise or heat.

3. Check the transmission part and scraper of the slag scraper to avoid hardening and breaking in the cold state, so as not to affect the use.

4. Pay attention to the coagulant mixing tank to avoid freezing, and do sample experiments frequently.

5. Check the valve pipelines of each equipment to avoid blockage of the valve pipelines, and place them in the "open" or "off" position as required.

6. Be sure to drain the water when shutting down to avoid freezing and blocking.
Things that should be paid attention to in the daily operation of the air flotation machine:

1. Investigate the water level of the dissolving water tank through the investigation hole. Ensure that the water level does not penetrate into the filler layer and affect the effect of dissolved gas; it is not less than the specified height to avoid mixing a large amount of insoluble air with water;

2. Pay attention to the pool surface when preparing. If the scum surface in the contact area is uneven and the local water flow is violent, individual release devices may be clogged or detached and need to be inspected and replaced in time. If it is found that the surface of the scum in the separation area is uneven and large bubbles often appear on the surface of the pool, it indicates that the bubbles are poorly adhered to the impurity flocculant, and the dosage needs to be adjusted or the type of coagulant needs to be changed.

3. According to changes in flocculation in the reaction tank, scum in the separation zone of the flotation tank, and changes in effluent water quality, adjust the coagulation dosage in a timely manner, and regularly check the operation of the dosing pipe to prevent clogging.

4. Keep records of the daily operation of the air flotation machine, including water volume, water temperature, inlet and outlet water quality, dosage, solution gas and water volume, dissolved gas tank pressure, slag scraping cycle, sludge moisture content, etc.
