Debugging method of air flotation machine

1. Inject clean water into the air flotation tank of the air flotation machine to check whether there is any leakage in each part of the air flotation tank.

2. Irrigate and exhaust the dissolved air water pump. After starting, gradually open the valve of the water outlet pipe until it is fully opened.

3. When the water level in the dissolved air tank rises and the pressure reaches the value that the water pump can provide, suddenly open the water outlet valve of the dissolved air tank and flush the dissolved air pipe with high-pressure water, and repeat this several times. Then start the air compressor, and when the air pressure in the dissolved air tank reaches 490kPa, similarly, suddenly open the water outlet valve of the dissolved air tank, and flush the dissolved air pipe again with a rapid air flow, and repeat several times, still flushing several times with high-pressure water. Do this many times until the dissolved air pipeline is flushed, and then turn off the dissolved air water pump and air compressor.

4. Open the vent valve of the contact chamber of the air flotation machine and the vent valve of the reaction chamber to lower the water level to a certain height or vent it.

5. Install the releasers one by one and tighten them by hand.

6. Turn on the dissolved air water pump and air compressor again. When the pressure of the air compressor exceeds the pressure of the water pump, open the gate valve slightly so that the air and water enter the dissolved air tank at the same time to dissolve the air. Be careful not to open the air valve too large to avoid The pressure of the air compressor drops sharply, resulting in water backflow.

7. When it is observed that the water level indicator pipe of the dissolved air tank of the air flotation machine has a water depth of about one meter, all the water outlet valves of the dissolved air tank should be opened, and the release of the dissolved air water and its effect should be observed in the contact room.

8. Use the gate valve to regulate the air supply volume of the air compressor until the water level of the dissolved air tank is basically stable within the range of 0.6-1 meter. A small amount of water level rise and fall can be adjusted by slightly opening the air release valve of the dissolved air tank. Fully open the water outlet valve to prevent the water outlet valve from being trapped and the air bubbles released in advance.
