Commissioning of shallow air flotation machine

1. In the initial stage of biofilm culture, low load water inflow mode is adopted, so that the surface of the packing layer can be gradually covered by membrane sludge.
2. During the trial operation of shallow air floatation machine, strictly control all indicators in the biological contact oxidation tank, such as DO, temperature, PH value change, microbial growth status and type, etc.
3. The thickness of biofilm must be strictly controlled to ensure the smooth falling off of biofilm.

The water quality of the effluent from the dosing treatment of shallow air flotation shall be up to the standard, which can ensure the stability of the dosing of air flotation to facilitate the subsequent biochemical treatment. In general, it is recommended to add polyferric in this process. Fe3+is a trace element for microbial growth.
6. Before the operation of shallow air flotation machine, all facilities, pipelines and underwater equipment shall be inspected, and all sundries shall be cleaned to avoid the blockage of pipelines and equipment and the maintenance of underwater equipment after the water supply affecting the smooth commissioning.
7. At the initial stage of bacterial culture, a large amount of white foam will appear in the aeration tank, and even the entire biochemical tank walkway board will accumulate. Don't be afraid that this phenomenon is normal. It can be solved by controlling dissolved oxygen and taking appropriate defoaming measures.
8. In the later stage of shallow air flotation operation, it is found that the effluent of the secondary sedimentation tank has flocculent biofilm, and it is easy to turn over the lump sludge from the sludge hopper at the bottom of the sedimentation tank. Therefore, the sludge at the bottom of the sedimentation tank should be discharged as soon as possible to reduce the retention time of the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank.
