Notes on operating the flotation machine:
1. Before starting the machine, first check whether the electrical appliances and rotating parts of the air flotation machine are normal.
2. Do not touch electrical equipment with wet hands. If inspection is required, you need to cut off the power supply of the air flotation machine before proceeding.
3. Always keep the releaser clean and strictly control the amount of coagulant added. If the treatment effect is found to be poor, immediately check whether the releaser is blocked and the amount of coagulant added, etc.
4. Try not to cut off the water supply and run the water pump in the air flotation machine without load to prevent damage.
5. When using strong acid or alkali, you should wear protective equipment such as work clothes, shoes and hats, masks, gloves, and glasses, and do not touch them directly with your hands.
6. Always pay attention to the working pressure (3-4Kgf/cm2) and the flow rate of dissolved air water and waste water in the dissolved air tank of the air flotation machine.
Only by operating the equipment correctly can the various functions of the air flotation machine be fully utilized. At the same time, a proper understanding of various performance knowledge about the equipment can help us operate the equipment better and avoid failures that may be caused by improper operation.
Air flotation machine setup requirements:
1. Water collection should be able to ensure the balance of incoming and outgoing water to maintain a normal water level in the air flotation tank. Generally, a water collecting pipe is used to connect with the water outlet well, and small and medium-sized ones are installed at the upper part of the water outlet well.
2. The plane size of the air flotation machine must meet the requirements for arranging the dissolved air release device.
3. It adopts a rectangular reinforced concrete structure and is often built together with the reaction tank. There is a light cover plate on the top of the tank and a slag scraper inside.
4. In order to obtain sufficient tool effects, it is generally necessary to add flocculants and sometimes coagulants.
5. In order to avoid breaking up the floc, the water flow connection must be stable, so the air flotation machine and the reaction tank can be built together.
