A change in the flow rate means a change in the amount of pollutants, which needs to be adjusted in time to achieve the effect. Under higher water output, the horizontal flow speed of the air flotation tank is accelerated and the residence time is shortened. In the separation area, excessive flow speed will cause excessive turbulence of the water flow, causing the foam-flocculation combination to break. When the water volume is too large, the height of the outlet weir must be adjusted in time to prevent sewage from entering the scum system.
2. The influence of flocculant and pH value on the air flotation machine.
In addition, it is also related to the amount of flocculant, pH value and other factors. The currently selected flocculants are mainly PAC and PAM series. The more the flocculant is added, the better. The addition of organic polymers has a greater impact on the flocculation effect. Experiments have shown that there is a dosage for the onset of flocculation. If it exceeds this dosage, the flocculation effect will be reduced. If it exceeds too much, it will have the opposite protective effect. Moreover, most of the flocculants currently selected are acidic flocculants, and they all have their own pH. When the pH value of wastewater exceeds the pH value, it will cause the dissolution and fragmentation of flocs, which will have a certain inhibitory effect on air flotation separation. Therefore, during operation, the pH value of the incoming water should be monitored and manipulated.

Since industrial wastewater and sewage usually contain a certain proportion of Ca2+ and SO42-, and some flotation agents are added during the entire air flotation process, after the vortex air flotation system has been running for a period of time, a layer of scale will adhere to the bearings, causing the The power of the air flotation system is reduced.

1. The rolling bearings in the bearing seat at the top and lower part of the aerator should be greased every six months. Remove the aerator, remove the closing screws of the two bearing seats, fill it with a grease gun, seal it with glass glue after adding enough, and replace the screws again.
2. During the running-in period, the plastic chain is somewhat loose and should be tightened in time to prevent the scraper from being damaged by "climbing".
3. Refuel in time, and eliminate faults in time. After using it for a period of time, the oil dirt and impurities in the gear box should be rinsed repeatedly, and then new lubricating oil should be added. The grease should be O# or OO# reducer grease.
