1. Add water: Make the water level of the air flotation machine reach about 20-50mm from the upper edge of the sludge tank partition. The water level of the air flotation tank can be adjusted by the water collector.
2. Operation of the dissolved air system: Close all control valves, turn the electrical knob switch to the automatic position, start the water pump. At this time, the air compressor also enters the automatic working state, and then open the water inlet valve, water outlet valve, and control valve of the lifting water pump in sequence. The pressure on the pressure gauge gradually increases and should generally reach 0.4-0.5MPa.
The dissolved air flotation equipment needs to open the water outlet control valve of the dissolved air tank, so that the dissolved air water passes through the release device and is released into the air flotation tank. A large number of fine bubbles appear in the air flotation tank, turning the clean water into milky white, and the dissolved air system is normal. The higher the dissolved air pressure, the higher the density of the released dissolved air bubbles. The gas for the dissolved gas system is provided by an air compressor. As the dissolved gas water continues to take away the air in the tank, the air in the tank gradually decreases and the water level rises. When the water level rises to a certain position, the float level gauge will control the operation of the air compressor so that there is sufficient air in the tank.
