Treatment methods for common faults of dissolved air flotation machines

1. The amount of dissolved air and water is small:
Check whether the dissolved air releaser and the dissolved air pump are blocked, and check whether the impeller of the dissolved air pump is normal.
2. Air-free water:
Check whether the valve is open, check whether the dissolved air releaser is blocked, check whether the compressor is running normally, and the air supply is insufficient.
3. If not used for a long time, stop after starting:
The reason for this fault is that the self-protection line has fallen off or the contact resistance of the point of the self-protection line is too large. The self-protection circuit should be installed to eliminate the contact resistance of the self-protection point.
4. The dissolved air water is normal when starting up, but there is no dissolved air water after half an hour:
It may be related to the automatic electrical part of the air supply. Check whether the manual and automatic transfer switches are in place, and whether the automatic control circuit is disconnected.
