Precautions when using shallow air flotation machine

1. In the initial stage of shallow air flotation machine biofilm cultivation, a small load water inlet method is used, so that the surface of the filler layer should be gradually covered by film-like sludge.
2. During the trial operation, various indicators in the biological contact oxidation tank should be strictly controlled, such as DO, temperature, pH changes, microbial growth status and types, etc.
3. The thickness of the biofilm must be strictly controlled to ensure smooth shedding of the biofilm.
4. During the operation of biological contact oxidation, the sludge load is controlled between 0.2 and 0.3kgBOD5/kgMLSS.
5. The water quality of the water produced by the equipment for dosing treatment must meet the standard to ensure the stability of air flotation dosing to facilitate subsequent biochemical treatment. Generally, it is recommended to add polyiron during this process. Fe3+ is a trace element for microbial growth.
6. All facilities, pipelines and underwater equipment must be inspected before operation, and all debris must be cleaned up to avoid blockage of pipelines and equipment after water is passed through, and maintenance of underwater equipment affecting the smooth progress of debugging.
7. In the early stage of bacterial culture, a large amount of white foam will appear in the aeration tank, and may even accumulate on the entire biochemical tank walkway board. Don't be afraid. This phenomenon is normal. It can be solved as long as the dissolved oxygen is controlled well and appropriate defoaming measures are taken.
8. During the later stage of the operation of the shallow air flotation machine, it was found that the effluent of the secondary sedimentation tank contained flocculent biofilm, and the sludge from the sludge hopper at the bottom of the sedimentation tank was easy to turn over. Therefore, the sludge from the sludge hopper at the bottom of the sedimentation tank should be discharged as soon as possible. Reduce the residence time of sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank.
