1. When installing the fuel injection pump on the dissolved air flotation machine, check the oil supply advance angle; after the dissolved air flotation machine has been running for 500 hours, recheck and adjust the oil supply advance angle. When the locomotive is not used for a long time, the oil passage of the fuel injection pump should be filled with diesel oil. If the fuel injection pump is to be removed, after adding anti-rust oil to the oil passage, it should be stored in a dry place, and should not be stored together with batteries, acids, alkalis, etc.; when the fuel injection pump needs to be reassembled for use, the anti-rust oil should be removed. Use after oil.
2. The national standard light diesel oil is used, and the diesel oil must be filtered for 48 to 96 hours. After the dissolved air flotation machine has been running for 100 hours, the oil should be changed and the filter screen of the oil transfer pump should be cleaned.
3. Usually, pay attention to cleaning the diesel tank and diesel filter. The fuel injection pump should not be disassembled or adjusted at will, especially the parts with seals.
4. Check the oil in the governor every day, and add enough in time when it is lacking.
5. If there is a skeleton oil seal between the fuel injection pump and the governor, add oil separately. After every 2000 hours of operation, the fuel injection pump should be dismantled and inspected in all aspects, and the severely worn and damaged parts should be replaced or repaired, and they should be stopped for re-commissioning.
