Dissolved air flotation equipment is mainly a device for removing suspended solids, grease and various jelly in various industrial and municipal sewage. The equipment is widely used in the treatment of industrial waste water and municipal sewage such as oil refining, chemical industry, brewing, vegetable oil production and refining, slaughtering, electroplating, printing and dyeing, etc.

Dissolved air flotation equipment is an abbreviation. Air flotation is mainly to generate a large number of fine bubbles in water, and the fine bubbles adhere to small suspended particles in wastewater. Form a complex of "bubble particles" whose overall density is lower than that of water, and the suspended particles float to the water surface together with the bubbles, so that the suspended matter in the water can be separated. Air flotation is an alternative to sedimentation.

The size and strength of the bubbles in the dissolved air flotation device are related to the tension released in the air. If the radius of the bubble is smaller, then its pressure will be greater, and the air molecules in the bubble will have more chances to collide with the bubble film.

When the dissolved air flotation equipment is in use, if the bubbles are relatively small, the air flotation speed will be faster during use, and the interference will be small. If we add dissolved inorganic salts to the water, they will It will degrade the performance of the bubble film. The principle of dissolved air flotation is to pass some dissolved air water into the water to be treated, and use the tiny bubbles released in the dissolved air water to float the suspended matter or oil in the water to the surface, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.

When running the dissolved air flotation equipment, there is still a shutdown phenomenon, first of all, it is necessary to manually shut down the sewage pump and the dosing equipment. If the system used is suspended due to a power outage, it is only considered that the main machine of the shallow air flotation machine stops running. If it is mostly due to power supply problems, check the connection, such as the short circuit of the main power line of the shallow air flotation machine or the electronic control system.
