Air intake method of dissolved air flotation machine

The dissolved air flotation machine can adopt two air intake methods, namely air intake before the pump and air intake after the pump. The so-called air intake before the pump of the dissolved air flotation machine mainly refers to a pipe led from the water pump pressure pipe back to the water suction pipe, and a hydraulic ejector is installed on the branch pipe. When the wastewater passes through the hydraulic ejector, a negative pressure is created, and the air is sucked in and mixed with the wastewater. Finally, it is sent to the dissolved gas tank through the water suction pipe and water pump.

In comparison, when using this air intake method, the overall layout of the dissolved air flotation machine is relatively simple, eliminating the need for an air compressor, and the water and air are evenly mixed. However, the water pump must use a self-priming water inlet, and Maintain a water head of more than one meter. In addition, the maximum air suction volume cannot be greater than one-tenth of the water suction volume of the water pump. Otherwise, the water pump will work unstable and cavitation will occur.
