2. Control the water outlet adjustment pipe or movable weir plate of the air flotation tank, and stabilize the water level of the air flotation tank at 5-10cm below the slag notch. Adjust until the design flow is reached.
3. In the early stage of operation, the main water quality indicators should be continuously inspected. The unqualified effluent should pass through the direct water system of the overpass pipe, or return to the water collecting well. After passing the test, it will enter the follow-up treatment structure or reuse.
4. Check the floating situation of air flocculent particles in the air flotation tank and the accumulation thickness of scum through the pool surface and observation window. When the scum accumulates to 5-8cm, start the slag scraper to scrape the slag. Check whether the slag can be scraped and floated Whether the slag and the slag collecting tank overflow evenly, whether the flow of the slag is difficult, whether the driving speed of the slag scraper is appropriate, and whether the effluent quality is affected, etc.
