Product Description
Daf dissolved air flotation system water treatment is a common water treatment technology used to remove impurities such as suspended solids, colloids and grease in water. It works by dissolving air in water and then releasing it under high pressure, creating tiny bubbles. These bubbles attach to suspended solids and grease particles, causing them to float to the surface of the water, thereby achieving separation and removal.

Product composition
The DAF system usually consists of the following components: a gas injection device to dissolve air into water; a mixing tank to mix the gas injection water with the water to be treated; a flotation tank to dissolve the mixed water into the water. The air bubbles and impurities are separated; a clear tank is used to collect clean water; and a mud collection tank is used to collect floating suspended solids and grease.

Working principle
In the DAF system, water first enters the mixing tank and then air is injected through the air injection device. The air dissolved in the water is released under high pressure, forming tiny bubbles. These bubbles combine with suspended solids and oil particles in the water and cause them to float to the surface. The floating matter in the flotation tank is collected and discharged from the system, while clean water flows out of the clear tank.
